1. A method for receiving a transport block (TB), the method comprising:
receiving:
a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) that provides a multicast downlink control information (DCI) format, wherein the multicast DCI format schedules reception of a first physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) that provides the TB, and
the first PDSCH;
transmitting a channel that provides negative acknowledgment information for an initial reception for the TB; and
receiving:
a second PDCCH that provides a unicast DCI format, wherein the unicast-DCI format schedules reception of a second PDSCH that provides an additional reception of the TB, and
the second PDSCH.
