1. An electronic device comprising:
a camera comprising an image sensor;
an image signal processor configured to process an output from the image sensor;
a processor; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the electronic device to:
obtain a first video from the image signal processor;
extract a portion of the first video to obtain a second video having a lower resolution than the first video;
synchronize the first video with the second video, based on a motion detected in the second video;
produce a slow motion video by converting a frame rate of the synchronized video; and
encode the produced slow motion video and store the encoded slow motion video in the memory.
