1. A method comprising:
identifying a video item that is subject to one or more motion stabilization transformations applied to the video item, the one or more motion stabilization transformations pertaining to a motion between a plurality of video frames of a video sequence associated with the video item;
determining one or more operations to modify the one or more motion stabilization transformations applied to the video item;
performing the one or more operations to modify the one or more motion stabilization transformations applied to the video item; and
providing the video item for playback via a client device, wherein a playback of the video item depicts at least a portion of the motion between the plurality of video frames of the video sequence.
