1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a computing device, an indication of malware on a first user device;
sending, by the computing device, to a second user device associated with the first user device and based on receiving the indication, a code;
receiving, by the computing device, a message comprising the code; and
sending, based on receiving the message, information indicating a remedial action for the malware.
