1. A method comprising:
identifying a geographical area affected by a situation;
identifying a plurality of devices associated with a plurality of users in the identified geographical area;
establishing a situational network for the situation;
joining the plurality of devices to a situational network node of the situational network for the situation, wherein the situational network node is configured to provide textual data related to the situation to the plurality of devices;
establishing a virtual reality (VR) network for the situation;
identifying a priority subset of the plurality of devices by analyzing: (a) profile data of the plurality of users associated with the plurality of devices, and (b) data relevant to the situation; and
joining the priority subset of the plurality of devices to a VR node of the VR network for the situation, wherein the VR node is configured to provide at least one of (a) video data related to the situation or (b) VR data related to the situation that are not provided by the situational network node.
