1. A method of operating a data slicer, the method comprising:
receiving an input signal;
generating a delayed version of the input signal based on the input signal;
generating a reference signal based on the delayed version of the input signal; and
generating an output signal based on whether a voltage of the input signal exceeds a voltage of the reference signal.
