1. A method for encouraging physical activity among one or more subjects, comprising:
using sensors to track motion and other physical activity of the subject;
creating an activity index based on the tracked data to measure overall activity levels; and
providing feedback to the senior through a chatbot or other interface to encourage physical activity and suggest changes to their routines.
