1. A system for processing vehicle speed data, comprising:
a plurality of speed data systems operating on one or more electronic devices, each speed data system mounted in a patrol vehicle or a stationary speed monitoring device and configured to detect target vehicle speed data and location data using a system for generating location data and to transmit the target vehicle speed data and location data to a central data processing system; and
the central data processing system operating on one or more electronic devices and configured to receive the target vehicle speed data and location data, to transmit user interface control data to a remote device that is remote from the central data processing system, and to process the target vehicle speed data as a function of user-entered data responsive to the user interface control data from the remote device to generate a display that incorporates the processed speed data and the location data.
