1. One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media storing instructions that, when executed on or across one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to:
cause a dictionary file, received from a vehicle original equipment manufacturer (OEM), to be accessed;
generate, based on the dictionary file, one or more decoding files to be provided to a vehicle or a fleet of vehicles, wherein the one or more decoding files comprise respective instances of information for use in decoding one or more vehicle messages encoded using an encoding format of the vehicle OEM; and
cause the one or more decoding files to be provided to the vehicle or the fleet of vehicles for use in decoding vehicle messages communicated via one or more vehicle communication buses, wherein the vehicle messages communicated via the one or more vehicle communication buses are formatted in accordance with the encoding format of the vehicle OEM.
