1. A method for routing data on a decentralized network of computing devices for providing hashrate services over the decentralized network, the decentralized network including multiple node computing platforms communicating over a network in a peer to peer manner, whereby the node computing platforms each define a node of the decentralized network that records transactions on a ledger in accordance with a consensus mechanism, the method comprising:
receiving payment from a wallet address associated with one of the node computing platforms on the decentralized network;
in response to the receiving payment, transferring at least a portion of a digital token to the wallet address by recording a transaction on the ledger, wherein the digital token represents at least one unit of hashrate ownership;
in response to receiving a request for hashrate data services, authenticating of the at least one unit of hashrate ownership by reading the transaction on the ledger;
in response to the authentication, directing, by a router, hashrate through at least one node computing platform of the decentralized network in accordance with a smart contract, wherein the at least one node computing platform is associated with a specified recipient that is associated with the wallet address;
detecting, by the router, data flow relevant to provision of the hashrate service;
receiving, by the router, a data structure indicating the provision of the hashrate service; and
opening an outgoing socket to a destination address to permit the hashrate service to be relayed to the specified recipient.
