1. An electronic device comprising:
a display unit comprising a base substrate having an active area comprising a hole area and a non-active area adjacent to the active area, a display element on the base substrate, and an encapsulation layer covering the display element;
a sensing unit comprising first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes insulated from each other, the sensing unit being directly on the encapsulation layer;
wherein a hole passes through the display unit and the sensing unit and overlaps the hole area,
a camera module overlapping the hole area and located under the base substrate;
wherein each of the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes through which the hole passes comprises:
a main pattern spaced from the hole area;
an adjacent pattern adjacent to the hole area and having a different shape from the main pattern;
compensation patterns in the hole area and surrounding at least a portion of the hole; and
connection lines connecting the adjacent pattern and the compensation patterns.
