1. An acoustic-reflectometry system for medical ventilation, the system comprising:
a sound generator to emit sound waves into an endotracheal tube (ETT);
at least one sound receiver to detect returning acoustic reflections of the emitted sound waves;
at least one processor and memory coupled to the sound generator and the at least one sound receiver, the memory including instructions to cause the at least one processer to:
analyze timings and amplitudes of the returning acoustic reflections to determine reflectometry data including a location and size of an ETT obstruction;
calculate, based on the ETT obstruction, flow resistance within the ETT; and
concurrently display a ventilation trended variable along with at least one of a trended ETT resistance and a trended ETT obstruction percentage.
