1. A method of using an implant, the method comprising:
obtaining the implant;
surgically exposing and resecting a desired bone;
inserting a baseplate into the bone, the baseplate having a plurality of arcuate-shaped keels extending away from a bottom surface of the baseplate and positioned circumferentially around the bottom surface of the baseplate, wherein each of the plurality of arcuate-shaped keels (i) has a proximal edge that abuts the bottom surface of the baseplate and an opposite distal-most edge, and (ii) is tapered downwardly such that its distal-most edge is shorter than its proximal edge;
inserting a central screw through the baseplate into the bone;
positioning a glenosphere relative to the baseplate, wherein a top surface of the baseplate is directly adjacent to a bottom surface of the glenosphere;
inserting a post through the glenosphere; and
threading the post into a recess of the central screw.
