1. An underwater sensor system for monitoring aquatic cargo within an aquaculture system, the system comprising:
a dual point attachment bracket that comprises only two points of attachment for attaching two lines to one or more pulleys of a winch system; and
a panning motor coupled to the dual point attachment bracket, the panning motor configured to rotate a portion of the underwater sensor system relative to the dual point attachment bracket,
wherein horizontal forces of the two attaching lines through the two points of attachment move the underwater sensor system horizontally when the horizontal forces are unequal or create a stabilized interface for the underwater sensor system about a vertical axis when the horizontal forces are equal, and wherein vertical forces of the two attaching lines through the two points of attachment move the underwater sensor system vertically underwater through the aquaculture system.
