20 Claims

1. A device, the device comprising processing circuitry coupled to storage, the processing circuitry configured to:

perform an association with a station multi-link device (STA MLD), wherein the STA MLD comprises one or more logical entities defining separate station devices;

assign a first association identification (AID) to the STA MLD; and

establish one or more links with the STA MLD;

cause to send an indication of an assignment of a second AID to the STA MLD; and

communicate with the STA MLD using the second AID.
