1. A method comprising:
receiving signaling that enables transmit power control (TPC) accumulation;
receiving downlink control information (DCI) messages corresponding to respective physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission occasions;
determining power control adjustment states for the PUSCH transmission occasions, wherein determining the power control adjustment states comprises selectively applying TPC accumulation to one or more of the power control adjustment states based on a determination that at least one of the PUSCH transmission occasions is out-of-order based on an arrival ordering of the DCI messages; and
transmitting in the PUSCH transmission occasions in accordance with the power control adjustment states,
wherein receiving the DCI messages comprises receiving an indication whether a TPC command for an out-of-order PUSCH transmission occasion is to be accumulated for a subsequent PUSCH transmission occasion occurring after the out-of-order PUSCH transmission occasion, and
wherein determining the power control adjustment states comprises determining a power control adjustment state for the subsequent PUSCH transmission occasion by ignoring the TPC command for the out-of-order PUSCH transmission occasion.
