1. A downhole apparatus comprising:
an activation chamber configured to expand and place the downhole apparatus in contact with a wellbore wall;
a tubular body having first and second ports in a wall thereof; and
a valve arrangement being
configurable to be locked in a first configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is closed and the second port is closed;
configurable to be locked in a second configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is open to allow activation fluid to flow into and expand the activation chamber and the second port is closed; and
configurable to be locked in a third configuration with the tubular body, such that the first port is closed and the second port is open to allow reservoir fluid to flow into the tubular body.
