1. An organ bud prepared from vascular cells, mesenchymal cells and transitional hepatic endoderm cells that are HNF4A negative, TBX3 positive, and ADRA1B positive,
wherein each of the vascular cell, the mesenchymal cell and the transitional hepatic endoderm cells has been induced from pluripotent stem cells.
