A method for preventing and treating a microorganism disease of sweet cherry comprising a step of contacting the sweet cherry with Bacillus velezensis TA-3-BV deposited in in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) under CGMCC Accession Number: 20398; wherein the microorganism disease is a fungal infection.
