1. A control device for a mobile body, the control device comprising:
a plurality of sensors that acquire information including an external environment of the mobile body; and
circuitry configured to control onboard devices of the mobile body in response to the information input from the plurality of sensors, wherein
the circuitry includes:
a first functional control circuit configured to generate a control signal to one or more of the onboard devices regardless of a status of the mobile body;
at least two second functional control circuits that are each actuated in accordance with the status of the mobile body and each generate a control signal to the onboard devices other than the one or more onboard devices;
power transmitters disposed in a power transmission path between a power source and the respective second functional control circuits; and
a power source control circuit that outputs a control signal to the respective power transmitters in accordance with the status of the mobile body identified based on the information input from the sensors, to control supply and cutoff of power only to the second functional control circuits out of the first functional control circuit and the second functional control circuits,
wherein the first functional control circuit is constantly supplied with power regardless of the control by the power source control circuit, and
the first functional control circuit and the power source control circuit are mounted on a single chip configured as an integrated circuit.
