1. A method for holographic display calibration using phase modulation, comprising:
projecting an initial graphic on a windshield of a vehicle;
capturing an image of the initial graphic in an eyellipse with a camera inside the vehicle;
iteratively changing a phase value of a light beam generating a plurality of pixels of the initial graphic by a predetermined step to generate a plurality of updated graphics until a loss function value between each of the plurality of updated graphics and a target graphic is less than a predetermined value;
iteratively determining the loss function value between each of the plurality of updated graphics and the target graphic until the loss function value is less than the predetermined value; and
displaying a latest one of the plurality of updated graphics on the windshield of the vehicle.
