1. A method of manufacturing a wound dressing, the method comprising:
perforating a substantially flexible substrate to form a plurality of openings configured to allow fluid to pass through the substantially flexible substrate, the plurality of openings constraining widths of a plurality of regions located between adjacent rows or columns of openings;
positioning in a first region of the plurality of regions of the substantially flexible substrate a first conductive track configured to be connected to a first sensor, the first conductive track having a first minimum width selected to maintain integrity of a first digital electrical signal conducted by the first conductive track, the first minimum width being constrained by a width of the first region;
positioning in a second region of the plurality of regions of the substantially flexible substrate a second conductive track configured to be connected to a second sensor, the second conductive track having a second minimum width selected to maintain integrity of a second digital electrical signal conducted by the second conductive track, the second minimum width being constrained by a width of the second region;
selecting a third minimum width of a third conductive track to be larger than the first minimum width of the first conductive track and the second minimum width of the second conductive track; and
positioning in a third region of the plurality of regions of the substantially flexible substrate the third conductive track configured to be connected to a tissue impedance sensor, the third conductive track having the third minimum width selected to maintain integrity of a third analog electrical signal conducted by the third conductive track, the third minimum width being constrained by a width of the third region,
wherein at least one of the first conductive track, second conductive track, or third conductive track is formed from a conductive material selected based on a respective minimum width of the track and a respective minimum width of the region.
