1. An interface seal assembly for sealing a tubular filter element relative to a first component of a fluid filtration system and a second component of the fluid filtration system, the interface seal assembly comprising:
an interface body which is adapted to be positioned between the first component and the second component of the fluid filtration system, the interface body comprising:
an aperture extending through the interface body, for communicating with an internal cavity of the tubular filter element;
a first mounting surface comprising a first seal groove; and
a second mounting surface opposite the first mounting surface, the second mounting surface comprising a second seal groove;
in which one of the first and second seal grooves has a circular shape in plan view, and the other one of the first and second seal grooves has a non-circular shape in plan view;
a first seal located in the first seal groove, for sealing the interface body relative to one of the first and second components; and
a second seal located in the second seal groove, for sealing the interface body relative to the other one of the first and second components.
