1. A medicament delivery device comprising:
a case adapted to hold a container containing a medicament such that a proximal end of the container is within the case when the container is held by the case, the container including a needle;
a needle sleeve telescopically coupled to the case, the needle sleeve having a first extended position relative to the case in which the needle is covered, a retracted position relative to the case in which the needle is exposed, and a second extended position relative to the case in which the needle is covered;
a first indicia circumferentially disposed on the needle sleeve, wherein the first indicia is visible in the first extended position and the second extended position; and
a second indicia disposed on the needle sleeve, wherein the second indicia is not visible in the first extended position and is visible in the second extended position.
