1. A surgical fixation system, comprising:
a button;
a loop connected to the button;
a reinforcement material unattached to the loop and tensionable separately from the loop,
wherein a first portion of the reinforcement material is received at a first location of the button and a second portion of the reinforcement material is received at a second location of the button; and
a graft received over a portion of the loop,
wherein the reinforcement material is configured to augment a primary repair provided by the graft.
