1. An insecticide gel formulation, comprising: an insecticide active agent, wherein the insecticide active agent is indoxacarb;
sugar;
sorbitol;
a structuring agent comprising from about 2.5% to about 4.0% by weight of a hydrophilic fumed silica and from about 0.05% to about 0.5% by weight of a xanthan gum, based on total weight of the insecticide gel formulation; and
a solvent;
wherein under force the viscosity of the insecticidal gel formulation decreases as the shear rate increases;
wherein not under force the insecticidal gel formulation remains intact and the viscosity remains substantially the same from about 4° C. to about 49° C.; and
wherein not under force and within a temperature range from about 4° C. to about 49° C. a storage modulus of the insecticidal gel formulation is higher than a loss modulus of the insecticidal gel formulation.
