1. A touch panel comprising:
a display portion over a first adhesive layer;
a second adhesive layer over the display portion;
a touch sensor over the second adhesive layer;
a third adhesive layer over the touch sensor;
a first flexible printed circuit electrically connected to the display portion through a first conductive layer;
an IC mounted on the first flexible printed circuit, the IC functioning as a signal line driver circuit; and
a second flexible printed circuit electrically connected to the touch sensor through a second conductive layer,
wherein the display portion comprises:
a first insulating layer over the first adhesive layer;
a transistor over the first insulating layer;
a second insulating layer over the transistor; and
a light-emitting element over the second insulating layer,
wherein the touch sensor comprises a sensor electrode,
wherein, when seen from above, the first flexible printed circuit faces the second flexible printed circuit with the display portion and the touch sensor therebetween, and
wherein a bottom surface of the first conductive layer and a bottom surface of the second conductive layer are in contact with the first insulating layer.
