20. A wireless device comprising:
one or more processors; and
memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, configure the wireless device to:
switch an active bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell to a first BWP; and
based on a quantity of failures associated with one or more uplink transmissions of an access procedure on the first BWP, switch the active BWP to a second BWP of the cell.
