1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a wireless device, one or more messages comprising one or more configuration parameters of a cell configured to operate in an unlicensed spectrum;
receiving downlink control information (DCI) for the cell, wherein the DCI indicates that a starting position of an uplink transmission in a time interval of the cell is based on:
a duration of a listen-before-talk (LBT) period; and
a timing advance value; and
transmitting, based on the DCI and starting from the starting position of the uplink transmission in the time interval, one or more transport blocks (TBs).
