1. An ear tip comprising:
an inner ear tip wall defining a sound channel extending along a length of the ear tip from an inner ear tip front end to an inner ear tip back end opposite the inner ear tip front end;
an outer ear tip wall integral with and extending away from the inner ear tip front end to an outer ear tip wall distal end that extends fully around a portion of the inner ear tip wall, wherein the outer ear tip wall is operative to be at least partially positioned within a human ear canal; and
a support body disposed between the inner ear tip wall and the outer ear tip wall;
wherein the ear tip comprises first, second, third and fourth quadrants, each of which represents a nonoverlapping 90 degree segment extending radially from the inner ear tip wall to the outer ear tip wall, and wherein the support body is positioned entirely within first 90 quadrant of the ear tip changing a rigidity and effective stiffness of the ear tip in the first quadrant as compared to a rigidity and effective stiffness of the ear tip in the second, third and fourth quadrants.
