1. A method comprising:
obtaining, from a media service provider, tuning data,
wherein the tuning data is associated with an over-the-top device in a household,
wherein the tuning data comprises an IP address of the over-the-top device, and
wherein the tuning data comprises a media content impression for a viewing event;
obtaining, using the IP address, a demographic composition for the household from a database proprietor,
wherein the demographic composition of the household defines demographic information for at least a first member of the household and a second member of the household;
applying, using a computing system, a trained machine learning model to determine respective probabilities that the first member and second member of the household viewed the viewing event,
wherein the trained machine learning model is trained using a training set of known demographics of each individual in a plurality of households and known viewership information associated with the respective individuals of the plurality of households; and
generating, using at least the respective probabilities, an audience measurement metric for the viewing event.
