1. A system for establishing permanent records based on micro-interactions, the system comprising:
a communication device;
at least one processing device; and
at least one non-transitory storage device with computer-readable program code stored thereon and accessible by the at least one processing device, wherein the computer-readable code when executed is configured to cause the at least one processing device to:
identify initiation of an event based on receiving one or more first interaction requests from one or more user devices of one or more users;
in response to receiving the one or more first interaction requests, initiate one or more micro-interactions, wherein initiation of the one or more micro-interactions comprises transferring resources to one or more resource pools associated with the one or more users;
identify completion of the event;
in response to identifying completion of the event, reverting the one or more micro-interactions, wherein reverting the micro-interactions comprises transferring the resources back from the one or more resource pools associated with the one or more users; and
create a permanent record associated with the initiation of the event and the completion of the event.
