1. A communication apparatus comprising:
a communication interface including at least two wireless communication lines;
a controller configured to:
execute a plurality of applications in a foreground and a background; and
when one application of the plurality of applications is executed in the foreground, send first communication data to a network;
a display configured to display a screen of the one application;
a touch panel configured to receive an input operation; and
a storage configured to store the plurality of applications, network bandwidth restriction information associated with each of the at least two wireless communication lines, and application restriction information associated with each of the plurality of applications,
wherein the controller is further configured to:
restrict, based on the network bandwidth restriction information stored in the storage, sending of second communication data to the network via the communication interface when the one application is executed in the background; and
send, based on the application restriction information stored in the storage, the second communication data to the network via the communication interface when the one application is executed in the background.
