1. An optical transmitter, comprising a first controller, a wavelength selector and a plurality of modulator groups, wherein each of the plurality of modulator groups comprises a plurality of modulators, and operating wavelengths of any two modulators of the plurality of modulators in the modulator group are different, wherein
the first controller is configured to determine a first wavelength corresponding to first to-be-sent data;
the wavelength selector is configured to: obtain a first beam comprising a plurality of wavelengths from a multi-wavelength light source, and select some of the plurality of wavelengths included in the first beam to generate a second beam including the first wavelength corresponding to the first to-be-sent data; and
a first modulator in a first modulator group in the plurality of modulator groups is configured to modulate the first to-be-sent data onto the first wavelength in the second beam,
wherein the wavelength selector comprises a plurality of output ports, the plurality of modulator groups is in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of output ports, and each of the plurality of modulator groups receives a beam from a corresponding output port in the plurality of output ports; and
wherein the wavelength selector comprises at least two operating states, and wavelengths of beams output from a same output port in different operating states are different, and the first controller is further configured to control an operating status of the wavelength selector, so that the wavelength selector is configured to select at least a part of the plurality of wavelengths included in the first beam to generate the second beam including the first wavelength corresponding to the first to-be-sent data.
