1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
providing first instructions to a user to perform a first athletic movement;
receiving, from a sensor, first activity data representing the first athletic movement by the user;
calculating with a processor, based on the first activity data of the user, a first combinatory fitness-athleticism score;
outputting, to a display device and in real-time, a first graphical interface indicating the first combinatory fitness-athleticism score;
providing, in response to a specific time frame, second instructions to the user to perform a second athletic movement;
wherein the first and second combinatory fitness-athleticism score each comprise a fitness sub-score and a seperate athleticism sub-score of the user;
receiving, from the sensor, second activity data representing the second athletic movement by the user;
calculating, with the processor, based on the second activity data of the user, a second combinatory fitness-athleticism score; and
outputting, to the display device and in real-time, a second graphical interface indicating the second combinatory fitness-athleticism score and a meter that is selected based on an activity type of the second athletic movement,
wherein the fitness sub-score is calculated, by the processor, using a first attribute comprising one or more of an endurance fitness attribute, a flexibility fitness attribute and a strength fitness attribute of the user,
wherein at least one of the endurance fitness attribute, the flexibility fitness attribute, and the strength fitness attribute is determined by calculating calories burned during performance by the user, and
wherein the second graphical interface displays a value of the first attribute used to calculate the fitness sub-score.
