1. A food preparation apparatus comprising:
a single board computer, comprising:
a first processor, and
a memory communicatively coupled to the first processor, the memory storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the first processor, provide:
a web server, and
a virtual data bus communicatively coupling the web server to a remote computer, wherein the single board computer is configured to receive one or more operations updates from the remote computer via the web server and virtual data bus; and
an operations controller communicatively coupled to the single board computer via a physical data bus, the operations controller configured to control an operation of the food preparation apparatus based on the received operations updates.
