1. A system, comprising:
an application executable on a user device, the application being configured to generate a request to initiate calibration of a lock for a door of a building in response to an input received via a user interface of the application;
a computing environment remote from the building, the computing environment being configured to generate an instruction to initiate calibration of the lock in response to receipt of the request from the application; and
a base station configured to initiate calibration of the lock in response to receipt of the instruction from the computing environment;
wherein the computing environment is further configured to:
receive a confirmation of calibration of the lock from the base station,
in response to receiving the confirmation, send a notification to the application, the notification causing a verification prompt to appear on the user interface of the user device,
receive an indication of incomplete calibration from the application, and cause the base station to reinitiate the calibration of the lock.
