1. A method of wireless communication at a first device, comprising:
obtaining, from a network entity, a hierarchical modulated image including higher priority bits and lower priority bits;
obtaining gaze information from a second device, the gaze information indicating a foveal region associated with the second device;
processing a portion of the hierarchical modulated image associated with the lower priority bits using the gaze information; and
providing an image to be rendered at the second device including the processed portion of the hierarchical modulated image.
