1. A system configured to implement an electronic run ticket exchange, comprising:
a processor;
a memory in electronic communication with the processor and comprising instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to:
receive electronic run ticket data from a client device, the electronic run ticket data representing a fluid transaction and including a plurality of data points, the fluid transaction involving a plurality of participants;
store the electronic run ticket data in an exchange data store;
create data access permissions for different data points included in the electronic run ticket data based on an identity of each of the plurality of participants; and
restrict access by at least one participant of the plurality of participants to at least one of the different data points based on the data access permissions and the identity of the at least one participant.
