1. A system for an artificial neural network (ANN), the system comprising:
a main memory including a dynamic memory cell electrically coupled to a bit line and a word line; and
a memory controller configured to selectively omit a restore operation during a read operation of the dynamic memory cell wherein the read operation is related to a feature map data of an ANN model,
wherein an address map for a feature map domain is configured in the main memory so as to utilize a burst mode of the main memory during the read operation and the address map is configured in the main memory based on a maximum size among all feature maps of the ANN model.
