OG exemplary drawing

1. A sensor assembly, comprising:
a housing having a top cover and a bottom cover;
a substrate positioned between the top cover and the bottom cover, the substrate defining:
a plurality of openings, each opening adapted to receive one sensor having a sensor head of a plurality of sensors having respective sensor heads; and
an inlet conduit between a first end of the substrate and a second end of the substrate, the first end adapted to receive an inflow of a gas; and
a disk comprising a top portion and a bottom portion, the disk positioned below the substrate so that the top portion of the disk is exposed to the second end of the substrate and, wherein the disk defines a passage for the gas to flow from the first end of the substrate to the sensor head of the one sensor, wherein the passage is adapted to circulate the gas to the plurality of openings with uniform pressure and flow-rate of the gas, and wherein the passage is defined such that the second end of the substrate is equidistant from the respective sensor heads of the plurality of sensors.
