1. An optical integrated device, comprising:
a packaging outer shell;
an optical splitter and a circulator assembly disposed in the packaging outer shell;
the optical splitter being configured to reflect a part of a detecting light from a first pigtail and couple the part of the detecting light to a third pigtail, and allowing the other part of the detecting light to pass through the optical splitter; and
the circulator assembly being configured to couple the detecting light passing through the optical splitter to a second pigtail, and couple the detecting light returned from the second pigtail to the third pigtail;
wherein the optical splitter is provided with an optical splitting film on a surface of the optical splitter toward a first collimator, the optical splitter is further provided with a filtering film on an opposite surface toward the circulator assembly.
