1. A heat transfer system, comprising:
a heat transfer member including—
a base member including a first surface configured to be in thermal communication with a heat source, and a second surface spaced apart from the first surface, wherein the base member includes a first dimension, and a second dimension normal to the first dimension; and
elongated members each having a proximal end at the base member and a distal end opposite the proximal end, wherein the elongated members are spaced apart from one another and at least some of the elongated members extend laterally along an entirety of the first dimension or the second dimension of the base member; and
a reservoir having an interior surface spaced distally apart from at least some of the distal ends of the elongated members, wherein the reservoir is configured to receive a working fluid, and wherein, when the reservoir includes the working fluid, the distal ends of the elongated members are dispersed within the working fluid such that a meniscus of the working fluid extends continuously between adjacent elongated members.
