14 Claims

1. A water- and oil-proofing composition, comprising:

an aqueous medium;

a fluorinated polymer comprising units based on a monomer of formula (1), CH₂═CH—R^f, where R^fis a C_1-8perfluoroalkyl group, and units based on a monomer copolymerizable with the monomer of the formula (1); and

a fatty acid ester of polyglycerin having a content in a range of 2 to 8 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the fluorinated polymer.
