A method of degrading histamine, reducing an amount of histamine, or repairing DNA, comprising administering an effective amount of a composition to a subject in need thereof, wherein the composition comprises a Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Lactis GFC-B09 strain of Accession number: KCCM12263P.
