1. An ink jet recording ink comprising:
a near-infrared absorbing colorant represented by Formula 2;
a polymerizable monomer, wherein the polymerizable monomer is a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a molecular weight of less than 1,000;
a polymerization initiator; and
a dispersant, having a basic functional group or an acidic functional group,
wherein a content of the polymerizable monomer is 50% by mass or more with respect to a total amount of the ink jet recording ink, and
a difference between an SP value of the polymerizable monomer and an SP value of the dispersant is 3.8 MPa1/2 to 16.0 MPa1/2,
![]() in Formula 2, R1 and R2 each independently represent an aryl group,
R3 and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group,
X1 and X2 each independently represent an oxygen atom or —N(R5)—,
R5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, or a heteroaryl group,
X3 and X4 each independently represent a carbon atom or a boron atom,
t and u each represent 1 in a case where X3 and X4 represent a boron atom, and each represent 2 in a case where X3 and X4 represent a carbon atom,
p, q, r and s are 0, and Y1, Y2, Y3, and Y4 are absent.
