1. A siloxane resin composition, comprising
first organic alkoxy silane having a silicon-based structure represented by the following Chemical Formula 1,
R1aR2bSi(OR3)2  [Chemical Formula 1]
wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 1,
R1 comprises a linear or branched C2-20 alkenyl group,
R2 comprises H, a linear or branched C1-20 alkyl group, a C6-20 aryl group, or a C2-20 alkenyl group,
R3 comprises a linear or branched C1-7 alkyl group, and
1≤a≤2, 0≤b≤1, and a+b=2,
second organic alkoxy silane having a silicon-based symmetric structure represented by the following Chemical Formula 2,
R42Si(OR5)2  [Chemical Formula 2]
wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 2,
R4 comprises a C6-20 aryl group, and
R5 comprises a linear or branched C1-7 alkyl group,
a siloxane resin prepared with the first organic alkoxy silane and the second organic alkoxy silane represented by the following Chemical Formula 3,
(R1aR2bSiO)x(R42SiO)y  [Chemical Formula 3]
wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 3,
1≤x, 1≤y, and x≤y, and
a radical polymerization initiator.
