1. A watercraft, comprising:
a support platform configured to support at least one passenger;
a strut extending from the support platform;
a hydrofoil mounted to the strut;
a vibration isolating structure; and
a propulsion mechanism flexibly mounted to the strut with the vibration isolating structure such that the vibration isolating structure inhibits rigid contact between the propulsion mechanism or a component coupled thereto and the strut or a component coupled thereto to vibrationally isolate the strut from the propulsion mechanism to reduce an intensity of vibrations transferred from the propulsion mechanism to the strut.
