1. A processing device for a flange, comprising:
a processing table,
a feeding conveying roller;
a discharging conveying roller,
a fixing table,
a rotation frame,
an inner-supporting clamping mechanism,
a butting mechanism,
and a clutch mechanism, wherein
the feeding conveying roller and the discharging conveying roller are separately arranged on two sides of the processing table, wherein
the processing table comprises a bottom frame;
the fixing table is fixedly arranged on a middle part of the bottom frame;
and the fixing table is provided with a down-pressing roller, wherein
the bottom frame on one side of the fixing table is slidably provided with a sliding base, and the sliding base is provided with an up-pressing roller by a down-pressing oil cylinder;
and the bottom frame on the other side of the fixing table is fixedly provided with a driving frame, and the driving frame is rotationally provided with a vertical driving roller, wherein
the rotation frame is rotationally arranged on an upper end of the driving frame;
the rotation frame is slidably provided with an upper-side moving frame;
and the upper-side moving frame is provided with a liftable lifting table, wherein a lower end of the lifting table is rotationally provided with an upper-side driven roller, and the inner-supporting clamping mechanism is arranged inside the upper-side driven roller; and
a lower end of the upper-side driven roller is provided with a lower-side driven roller that can slide horizontally, wherein the butting mechanism is arranged between the upper-side driven roller and the lower-side driven roller, and the clutch mechanism is arranged between the rotation frame and the driving roller, wherein when the clutch mechanism is locked, the driving roller drives the rotation frame to rotate synchronously, and when the clutch mechanism is unlocked, the rotation frame remains stationary when the driving roller rotates.
