1. A purge system for a vapor compression system, comprising:
a heat exchanger configured to receive a flow of refrigerant and non-condensable gases from a condenser of the vapor compression system;
a vacuum pump fluidly coupled to the heat exchanger and configured to draw gaseous refrigerant and non-condensable gases from the heat exchanger; and
a controller configured to control operation of the vacuum pump based on comparison of a pressure within the condenser to an ambient pressure of an environment surrounding the vapor compression system.
